The Urban Chic collection is made from 100% solid pine wood and many of the pieces have a choice of a solid oak tops, copper or zink tops.
The freedom for you to create with quality materials for an affordable price is unique and rare.

The paint category as displayed above are made for solid pine wood only. The reason for this is that pine wood is able to absorb the paint whereas solid oak wood is too hard to absorb the paint which is why the only way for stain can be used for pine wood.
These colors are also used for double layer finishes which allows for special antique shabby chic finishes.
The above stains may be used for Oak and Pine wood whereby again there are distinctions to be made between the two types of woods as far as the possible colorations are concerned. Please refer to the type of wood in paranthesis (Oak) or (Pine) next to the color codes for availability in type of wood.
The double layered Finishing is an Interesting combination colors which allows for an Antique or Shabby Chic look to be given to your furniture. The double layer means you can choose 2 colors from the paint category (Sprayed Finishing samples (For Pine Only) The 1st layer acts as your base finish and the outer layer is the most visible whereby the outer layer (Visible Layer) is hand washed on the edges to allow the base paint color to shimmer through giving it`s unique antique shabby chic look.
Below are the lacquer & Stained Samples which are stains with a satin finish that may be used for Oak as well as Pine Wood.
